Former Birmingham PE teacher, Marcus Marcussen, is facing charges of sexually assaulting boys between 1957 and 1978.
Mr Marcussen worked at Ilmington Road Comprehensive School in Weoley Castle, Birmingham for 45 years. According to The Birmingham Mail, Marcussen is facing a total of 28 counts of indecent assault and 2 counts of indecency with a child. It is understood that the charges relate to 14 victims who were pupils at the Birmingham school.
Appearing in Birmingham Crown Court, Marcussen, who is 91, denied the charges made against him. The trial is due to take place in January 2015.
