I wanted to send an email to commend you on the service Rachel Thain provided for myself and a vulnerable client. The information Rachel passed onto me was in depth and concise yet very easy for me to feed back to my client, who has learning disabilities. Rachel was open, honest, friendly and tactful in dealing with my query and spent time explaining the process without using lots of legal jargon. Rachel has shown she is willing to work with the communication method that my client prefers and showed great empathy, offering several suggestions to make my client feel at ease. It was a genuine pleasure to deal with Rachel and I will be recommending the service to more of my clients in the future.
